I have a TECHNO version of powerball and have been using this extensively in the past few days. My problem is the counter.

After a particularly long session I managed to get 15'228

I cant believe this as it did not sound anything like AKIS video!!

On another run The sound pitch was much higher ( therefore I believed it was going faster than the above record ) it only reported 8931 RPM.

I have also tried on 2 different NEON versions and achieve 11842 - which I believe is more realistic..

Is it faulty?

You are quite correct John - we have seen this before on some Techno models which have experienced a hard knock during their lives (it could have happened if the ball was fired around during posting even!) - this causes incorrect score readings and therefore over excitement from the user when he/she sees a big score! The only solution is to return it to us so that we can recalibrate it for you.

If I can return it for calibration that would be great - however I didn't purchase it from your store is this still possibe for this ill little techno? ;)

( although just to make up for it, I have just purchased a Blue neon pro from your store...wooohoo...mmmm...shiny..new..powerball...)

Hello John - and thank you for your valued business. If your techno has our website address written on the back of the grip band then we will be delighted to repair it regardless of where it was purchased.

If it doesn't then we will recommend that you refer it to the store where you bought it and ask that they repair/replace it as required - there is a genuine fault with the product and there should be no issue getting it corrected.

I just got 18632, and thought it must be the erroroneous counter message that i son the site, but no such number is on there, its 15 thousand something........surely not?!?!??
