Ok here is the deal i sent an email to liz@powerballs.com but you didnt reply to me so im writing it here again.
So here is the problem, i was attempting a record challenge :D i was spinning the ball at 13200~rpm/min and suddenly there is a large crack in the ball and the ball starts vibrating like hell (you dont belive it it actualy heart me ) so i paniked and stopped the ball and i was like what the hell just happent !! so i tryd to spinn it again but i notised that the ball wasnt spinning correcktly it was wibbeling like hell(up down ,sideways, any way it could)... so i took the ball apart ,and i see nothing !!! then i was like WHAT IN THE GOD NAME IS WRONG WITH IT! so i took the support ban away from the rotor and a part falls on the ground ???? it was a part of the rotor you will see on the pic and offcourse the support band was broken too... again lol there is a wierd thing i only had the bal for several weeks as i sold my old ball to a friend( the neon blue one) so i broght a new one .what is it is it me ,or is it the balls they keep failing on me ?
so i kindly ask for a new rotor but i think i dont need a new support band i think its not so broke it just has a tiny fracture on it :D if you want i can send the oled rotor for spectating if you need it.I added the pic to the mail.
I think you have my postal information if not i will send you them.
