The yellow ball, rotor i belive is moving sideways and because of that it is making knocking noise, im pretty sure that it shouldn't move like that. IS this problem somewhat close to this one: http://www.powerballs.com/faq.php?q=6

Hello Kaur,

There is some 'play' on the inner rotor which allows it to move slightly from side to side, but if it is the case that there is a very loud 'knocking' noise coming from the ball during use, we may need to take a further look.
