I bought my Techno through one of your re-sellers (my nephew's fault he pointed me to another site), Active Sports Ltd. In the event I do need warranty service what is the most expeditious way of dealing with it, going to them, or dealing direct?

As an aside it is the first piece of exercise equipment I've enjoyed using for a long time. I'm a paraplegic, injured in an accident 11 years ago and arm strength is important to me. Have you thought of getting in touch with the Physio-therapists at the dozen or so Spinal Injuries Units around the country? They always try to introduce some form of sport/excercise/activity to inpatients that they'll carry on with once they go home (rehab takes anything from 6-12 months). It will be especially useful once the electric start becomes available.

Hi Tim,

We can look after all your repairs queries as Sayex mentioned.

While we have plenty of Powerballers who use their shiny spheres for rehabilitation from sport related or other injuries and have a number of therapists who actively use Powerball in their practice we are waiting a little longer before we properly approach this market.

As always, please be sure to post here or email us if you have any queries.

(Oh, and we are expecting to have the electric starters in 3/4 weeks)

Regards

Enda

I'm trying to arrange to meet my physio for lunch (although it has been 12 years, we became quite good friends - 4 hours a day for 8 months you grow to either love or hate each other). She's desperate to show me her new baby (don't do babies, but I'll smile and make all the right noises).

I'm going to show her the powerball, and ask her to try to devise some exercises that will innervate different muscle groups - the trapezius and triceps are two that interest me particularly. I'm sure if she likes it there'll be a few orders coming your way. When she finishes maternity leave she'll be back in her post as Superintendent Physio at the Spinal Injuries Unit at Stanmore (Middlesex, North West of London)
