Hey i have had my powerball for about a year now but still not sure how some things work so how does the strength part of the powerball work???
any help would be apreciated.

Hi Travo,
The counter functions are available here (http://www.powerballs.com/powerball_instructions2.php).
To get to the strength mode, press the FCN button until the display changes to the http://www.powerballs.com/images/instructions_symbol4.jpg symbol.
Then press the ON/CLR button to switch between the 30/60/90sec time intervals. The usual practice is that you switch into the strength mode and time preferred and start spinning the Powerball. Once you have spun up the Powerball, you then press the ON/CLR button again to reset the time, and give it your all! :p

I will also add that older counters didn't have three Strength functions. If you press the FCN button to get the arm symbol and the counter reads "0", this means you have an older counter, and it will only count 30 seconds, but it won't show the time...it will show the revs achieved in real-time.
