hey powerballers
any1 got any gud tips on how to keep the rotor rolling in the metal powerball. i managed just over 7000 revs this morning n it was my second time using the ball, but i cant get anywhere near that agen. i twist my wrist as much as i can bt it jst doesnt seem to speed up. has it got anything to do with how fast i make the initial spin on the rotor using the string or are there other ways to keep it going. help me!!!!! lol

The main thing Kabz is that you get the rotor spinning relatively fast initially.

You will need to get the rotor spinning at about 2000rpm when you start it with the cord, and then use a gentle rolling motion of your wrist until you fall into a rhythm with the Powerball.

Once you fall into the ryhthm you can slowly increase your speed of rotation of your wrist and the burn begins!

thanx for the that tip enda its much appreciated.
with the string pull i managed over 3000 RPM bt i think i jst fail to fall into the rhythm of the motion of the rotor. i can understand it will take more than a few attempts to get used to it bt il give it a go.
thanx again
