i'm finding it really har to read the tecno coul any one give me any tip because me and my bro are useing it then he does a new record and then i do one but i know that it's over 10k because i can see the one but is their any tip on how to read it?

Take a look at the link here (http://www.powerballs.com/rear.pdf). It explains the process.
You basically have to break the first rule of Powerballing, and completely loosen your grip so that the Powerball rotor only spins about it's axis.
Im gradually mastering the technique...i have the blisters to prove it! U basically need to realx your hand and u will feel it settle.... Tom

if the numbers are passsing a little bit to fast, then try slow your powerball down.. ^^

Regardless of the speed of the rotor, the numbers scroll across at the same speed...don't they?! (Unless the rotor's going REALLY slow!)
Yeah...the speed is irrelevant. Once u master the technique of letting it settle, fairly loosely in a "cupped" hand it will scroll accross....n i tell ya, its pretty damn cool too! Stick with it, try getting a continuous line to scroll accross at slowish speeds...u will soon get the feel. Took me about 50mins solid just to master the reading the score technique. Im on a top score of 11260 nowafter a days use...very addicted!

OMG lol thnx every one those videos really helped i've been looking through the plastic bit lol not on the bottom lol where the hole is
LOL!!! Nuff said! Easy mistake to make tho...suppose u just assumed it was there cos of the "normal" displays! Let us know when u get it mastered.
nope i tried it but for me it only show's through the plastic bit

If it only shows thru the plastic bit its cos u r pulling the cord the wrong way. When rolling the cord into the ball make sure the arrow is facing u. Use your thumb to roll the arrow away from u until about 3inch of cord is left. Now pull the cord towards u..ie the way the arrow points. U should now have the display in the open window.... Hope that helps.
There are only 2 things that can cause that to happen.
1) Your spinning the rotor in the wrong direction. It must be spinning the way the arrow is pointing. If it spins the wrong way, it appears on the inside.
2) If you've opened up your powerball and put the rotor in the wrong way. Which I did the 1st time I opened mine up.

ok we got it now i havent done it yet but for our tecno you have to make the red line spin strait (by turning it on it's side) so im going to try

6753 RPM i need to rest thought my arm's ache from that and befor after the rest (that's if i can put the powerball down) then ill go for 10k and hopefully be the youngest to reach it
i now even have a blister on my thumb (and i have to do a paper rond tomoro)

Sayex, it *IS* possible to put the rotor in the wrong way if you take it apart. Even if it is spinning in the direction of the arrow the display appears on the inside. I did it by accident the first time I had my techno cleaned.

I guess that makes sense really, that if you flip the Techno rotor 180 degrees, and put it in upside-down, it's going to display the score on the other side. I couldn't quite get my head around the concept, but when I thought that flipping the rotor is the same as flipping the whole case and NOT the rotor, that made is clear.
And Bulman, I don't want to dishearten you, but you won't be the first 13-year old to reach 10k, I'm sure.

Quick question Adrena1ine....I have a techno n i got a neon green pro yesterday too. Is the Neon Green Pro as fast as the standard 250pro? I was thinkin of gettin one to max my score but dont wanna fork out for it if its same speed. Cheers....

I know mate...i was only joshing too!
Anyway, ya doin well...just stick to your own Personal Bests, try not to focus on magical numbers. Concentrate on beating your-own scores n then the biggies will come. Iv made satisfactory improvements over the past three days.

Omtom, not sure, but I would say that generally the Techno and Neons are roughly the same when it comes to speed. If you really want fast though, get a non-light-up model.
I couldn't quite get my head around the concept...
i just cant pu tit in my head... i guess i will get a techno model. so i can flp the rotor and see what happends =p
