My powerball arived today and I used it for about 10 mins the screen was working anout an hour later I went to use it again only to find the screen off and now coming on when I press the button! Help!

Hmm...sounds like a poor contact inside Jammy. Your options are to remove the counter from the ball, take off the 6 tiny screws on the back, remove the board for a moment and then screw it all back together. If this doesn't cure it, just drop us a line and we'll post you a new counter. Regards Vera
