Can I just say , this is the first forum I have ever been compelled to post on , which is a complete tribute to the powerball. I started with a techno about 4 days ago and I`m currently hovering around 11.5K.
My wife thinks I have issues as i`m totally addicted to everything about it. The sound , the burn , not so much the blisters but I`m working on that!
I`m a keen basketball player , but ever since I fractured a bone in my wrist around 10 years ago , the strength has never been there in my shooting hand and the game I loved took a back seat as my skills around the 3 point arc took a nose dive. But I can honestly say that for the first time in ages , there is some strength returning.
I`ve already ordered the metal from this site , and knowing the addicitive qualities I`ve already experienced I don`t intend to push too far too soon. But seriously I cannot rave enough about this product. :)
So in closing , as a first post , I`m just saying hello and thankyou...

Welcome to the forum SirSwishAlot!
And thank you for your kind comments.
I'm seeing more and more how people are finding Powerball months or even years after an injury for which they had been told there was 'no hope' of recovery.
By using Powerball for a few minutes once or twice a day for the first month you will notice a dramatic ingrease in strength, toning in your fingers, wrists, arms and shoulders and the dexterity of your fingers should dramatically improve also.
They're addictive little fellows alright for sure so be careful not to over-do it in the first couple of weeks.
As always, feel free to post with any questions you might have for us!
Regards
Enda

...am I the only one who can`t put this thing down!! ;->God no, I got my first Powerball back in August 2004 and, apart from a bit of a break between November 2004 and February 2005, rarely does a day go by when I don't pick a Powerball up. I do have 6 in the lounge, 2 in my home-office, and 1 in the car, so they're nice and readily available! ;)
Be careful with the Metal though, and don't expect much at first. But if you like the burn, you'll be scorched...it's awesome! :D
Welcome,
Tim.
...1 in the car...

Welcome to the forum SirSwishAlot!
The Powerball is an incredible exercise tool! If you use it every day, which I found to be a very easy thing to accomplish given their addictive qualities, then you should see results for sure.
I wish I had the metal 350Hz Powerball to see even more results! I find that with the 250Hz Powerball, it is even difficult to put it down for very long. The Powerballs.com website has the best guarantees on their products. You will find it difficult to match this quality in another "gyro" company.
Also this forum is the best place for advice, tips, and techniques for your Powerball. Adrena!in, Enda, and many others with great experience with the Powerball are fantastic in helping with most anything having to do with these addicting exercise tools.
You can't go wrong with a real Powerball in your hand!
I hope to hear more about your Powerballing accomplishments!
Always Powerballing,
Duane Cash

Just a bit of an update.... Today the metal arrived and it`s a whole different game. I was constantly trying high speed runs with the techno but the burn even at low speeds with the metal has got me hooked. Besides that , it`s a lovely object especially in the supplied case and so far everyone who has seen it has commented on it.
To me it`s functional and guarenteed to give a decent workout..... ok I lie , it`s a bit of bling aswell!!!!!
ypu, the 350 its a completly different tool.
thought i use the 250 a bit more than my 350..=P
