Hi Bulman,
We received your order last night and it was processed for shipment today.
You should have received an email from webstore@powerballs.com earlier today confirming shipment, but I have just noticed that the email address you used on your order was incorrect (you left the h out for the first part).
I have just forwarded your confirmation email again to you which will confirm that you should receive your order within 2-3 business days - barring any delays with the UK postal service, by the end of this week.
Regards

I ordered my 250 last Tuesday. Got an e-mail stating that my powerball was sent out Wednesday. I know I will be recieving it any time now. I didn't pay for express. Is a week about the normal shipping time for orders in the U.S?

Shippping to the US is generally 4/7 business days, so your Powerball should be with you tomorrow or Friday of this week.
We use an international priority business mail service which sends your Powerball overnight to the US from our main distribution centre here in Ireland. After that it enters the USPS and barring any big delays with post or customs should be with you by Friday.

YAY thnx alot guy i got myne grade A+++ sevice
(my arm's already ache)
just wondering about the tecno
1. can u fit a counter into it?
2.how long do you have to weight or keep swearling it for to get your score because i got the blue and red lines but no score?
Hi Bulman,
I recently purchased a Techno, so I'm no expert (yet). Nevertheless, I'll try to answer your questions:
1) Yes, it is possible. However, you'll have to transfer the complete rotor of the Techno, including the white inner support ring, but not the extra ring that is fitted onto the track of one half of the outer shell, to a 250Hz pro shell. Worked fine for me, and so far I've observed less than 50 rpm deviation between the conventional counter and the LED score displayed on the rotor.
2) It should only take as short as 2 seconds or so. Are you sure it isn't in 30-sec endurance mode when the blue LED turns on?
Hope this helps. Kind regards,
Dennis

If the blue LED is on, you won't get a top-speed display, (unless ALL the LEDs are on of course, which means you've gone over 12000 or 13000 rpm). If you're spinning it slowly and the blue light is on, spin it a bit faster. If the blue light starts flashing, then you're in the 30-second Strength mode.
I think...I'm no expect either!
no i had the blue and red line going at once
i dont know so how can i change it
ok.. a question come sto my mind..
the techno model DOES stores the highest rpm right??
how is that ?? if the techno model uses no batteries?

No Sayex,
The Techno resets itself completely each time the rotor is stopped.
While the rotor is spinning however, the current high score for that run is stored, and if beaten in a successive run (without stopping the rotor) the full band of LEDs will begin to flash and the new score will be displayed once the last LED has extinguished.
