Got my Powerball a week ago, at first it was farily silent, not it makes an odd "swoosihng" noise on low speeds and sounds a bit rattley and as it is slowing down it is making an odd squealing noise, any help would be appreciated

Hmm...odd sort of problem Jim...I can only recommend that you open him up (tips on this in the questions/answers forum) and see if any foreign matter has entered the cavity in which the rotor support band spins.
