Hi
I recently just bought a new Powerball. It is not my first one. WIth this new powerball i am unable to get the gyroscope spining what should i do?

Sounds like it may have had a hard time in transit and that the rotor support band has been damaged. Please consult the faq page on the site to assist you in opening it - if anything has been damaged, just send us an email (info<REMOVE>@<REMOVE>powerballs.com) and we'll post out the relevant item.
Alternatively, please return the unit and we will replace it as required. Regards Vera
