1.The Techno Has No Counter...The Pro Does
2.The Techno Is Not As Fast As The Pro
3.The Techno Can Have More Problems
4.The Techno Is More Expensive
5.The Techno's score reads across the rotor and won't save your highscore but the pro shows it on the counter and Does save your highscore
5.The Techno Has Less Things On it:

It only has 30's mode and speed mode while the pro has 30,60,90's,Speed modes and more.

I think Slim covered it all really. The Techno definitely is a pretty cool piece of kit, but I always struggled to read the score.
