Noisy Powerball (how do i repair)

hi.
i have a powerball techno and it's noisy but can i take my powerball a part (dissamble) i have read http://powerballs.com/faq.php?q=6 but dont understand a **** of it (im danish) hope someone can help

It is ok to open the ball:

1 Just take the screws out.
2 Take off the cap on the top.
3 Squeeze the screw holes untill the gyro "pops" open. (you might need to hit it with your fist)
4 Clean the inside.
