Hi slim123,

Although I totally agree with donkapone (I own a 350Hz myself and am quite content with the monster), I have to note that it is also a very powerfull device. I don't know how old you are and how long you've been PowerBalling, but I'd advice you to first get very confident with a regular 250Hz before you take the step to a 350Hz. I understand this "advice" makes you even more curious, but it would be a pity if you'd damage the shiny orb before you can even get a full benefit from its abilities.
It is way, and I mean way more powerfull and you can easily injure or damage your muscles and tendons if you just give it a go like that. Let me clearly state that the 350Hz is an excellent training device, but a monstrous torque-generator as well...!
Kind regards,
Dennis
That is a good point dennis... I Am 16 And have been powerballing for 2-3 months my highest was 12,000 on my 250hz neon pro and so far my highest is 11,811 on my Techno so i think i am quite comfortable with powerballing :p
P.S i also play rugby and golf if that helps with anything! :D

if you play these sports and your scores with 250hz are quite decent I don`t think that you would hurt your muscles or tendons, of course, by not taking it to the highest level at first...

If you can afford one then get one, they're awesome. But Dennis is right, don't overdo it - they excert so much more force they have more potential to damage you. (Even Akis was injured for a while when he first got a Metal! I suffered too, and I've been Powerballing for a couple of years!)

Well, in that case I'd defenitely say to go for it and purchase the shiny orb. I can personally guarantee that you won't be disappointed with the work-out it'll give! Please bear in mind to take it easy in the beginning because, like Adrena1in already pointed out, it is an awesome piece of art that can easily injure even the best PowerBallers (like Akis and Tim), or the moderate PowerBallers like myself; and it wouldn't be nice if you'd immediately smash my Metal record, of course... ;)
Kind regards,
Dennis
What is your metal record Dennis?
Best Regards
Slim :p
Hi slim123,
What is your metal record Dennis?
My current (and by now quite old) record is 12165; Have a look at the Metal League. I noticed Jarkko beat my score with only 1 rpm *grmbl* time for me to set a new record soon. I have to admit that I haven't used it for top speeds, lately. It is a bit too strenuous if I also want to achieve good scores with the 250Hz and continue my sports climbing activities.
Kind regards,
Dennis
