please help with my techno, i cant read the leds, even after 3 days! whats the technique needed?

(No real technique in this case Mike other than learning the co-ordination required to hold the little guy so that the friction between the rotor support band and the sphere platter is minimised and the rotor stops rotating as it spins...we're going to write some further text on this point over the next day or so and will post it to the FAQ on the site as we have had a few similar inquiries from other techno users with the same query. It's not an actual ball fault in these cases, more a co-ordination learning curve! - regards Rory)

I had a similar problem instead of holding the ball thight let lose hold it in your fingers don't palm it. It took me a while to discover this

I've finally got it to stop spinning, it's a knack to get it, but you generally want to hold the ball between two fingers, like a pincer or if you can imagine forming a 3rd rotating axis to allow the gyroscope spin to "find the niche" so to speak.

Dangling it from the cord might work, but watch for the rattling vibration.

just let the ball on the ground/desk or bad (on a soft surface)!

help
