Knocking sound from powerball

Hi guys , i am from singapore ,

i had a powerball for like two weeks

now there is a prob.... when i spin the ball , there is this knocking sound
and i brought it back to the distributor in singapore.

he told me the ball was dropped b4.... which i had nv dropped....
so he said there is nothing he can do .

i would like to seek help here... how do i solve my powerball issue?

the distributor said " there are two very deep grove inside ur powerball"
i dunno wat this means....

If you open (http://www.powerballs.com/faq.php?q=21) your Powerball, you will probably see what he is talking about - when the Powerball is dropped, the sphere halves tend to get damaged in this manner - caused generally by the fast-spinning rotor hitting against them when they hit the ground/other surface.

In this case please email liz@powerballs.com and link to this thread, giving details of what is written on the grip-band of the Powerball to ensure you get the correct parts, we'll be pleased to help.

Hi , i would like to thank Liz , Enda and powerball team ,

i had opened up my powerball and found that the upper and lower spheres are damaged and they proceeded to send me the replacement parts that same evening! (which i would be able to get it 6 - 9 days according to Liz)

This is a very positive attitude shown by the team and i will try to convince more of my frens to get a powerball :D

have fun guys , i will update when i receive the replacement parts!
