Is it meant to slightly move?

If I push the powerball at the opening it moves slightly and you can hear it 'knock' (the plastic). If I'm spinning it and get a good motion going there is no tapping but if I ruin the motion it taps quite rapidly. I don't think thats normal, right?

Yes thats normal, dont worry about it. You won't ruin the motion once you get used to it.

Ah, that's a relief. I just been trying now and I got it not to tap with my left wrist. (Apart from a few times) What is the tapping btw?

Its when the rotor switches direction, once you get the rhythm you will never experience it again.
