I ordered a Neoon Powerball to help with my hand strength, but am concerned I might be too heavy for me to hold. How much does a powerball weigh?

Also, exactly how big is it around?

Thanks for any help.

Hi LKN,

The Powerball weighs approx 250 grammes - they are very light!

The intensity of the workout achieved from using a Powerball is controlled solely by you. You can give your fingers, wrists, arms and shoulders a gentle or intensive workout depending on the speed at which you rotate your wrists.

It is 60mm high and 70mm wide so should fit comfortably in your hand. You may have to try 3-4 different methods of holding your Powerball before you settle on the one most suitable for you.

You may find these (http://www.powerballs.com/exercise_videos) exercise videos to be of some use to you.

As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to either post here or email us directly.

Regards

Enda

486g for a metal...With the current heavy rotor of course. (Enda/Rory/Akis, did any of you weigh that prototype Screamer rotor at all?) The Metal's also a little bit bigger of course.
