I got my powerball the other day and everything was going great, its so addictive!!!

Anyway now it seems like the silver washer (at least i think its a washer) at the side of the powerball rotor is loose, it doesnt sit in the centre anymore and moves about making a nasty noise while spinning.

How do I fix this?? Tried to get it apart to fix it but it refused to open up.
