I have been using powerball for a week now and WOW!!. I can realy feel this little guy working. I know it,s not going to give me huge muscle but it make it so much easier when it comes to weights. As before i could only do weights for so long and my arms would burn like hell. I have used powerball 30-40 mins a day and i can feel muscles i never knew i had getting to work. I think Powerball will push me in to getting other parts of my body in shape ( It just does that for some reason lol )

I like the odd game of Darts and i was throwing a Steady but Powerfull throw for game upon game. Where as before my arm would become weak and my scores would drop. Alos i was playing 8 ball pool and i was hitting them balls with some power. I love the guy who made this. :D

Thought I may as well post in this thread as I just joined. I'm from the UK down on the south coast. Got my 1st powerball today, a blue neon pro. Mainly got it as I've had a painfull left wrist from gymnastics and also had golfers elbow, also from gymnastics but that has almost cleared up. Only managed 10855 on my first day of trying which isn't too bad a score I suppose.

Welcome Bulman.

lol, been sat here for a couple of hours trying to get this flick start thing perfected. I can consistantly get it to flick spin at 1500 or more but can't quite keep it going. Each time it's so close and only managed it twice so far.

edit - getting it to flick start nearly every time now, the practice paid off. :)

I'm in the South as well PaulC...Winchester.

Glad you got the flick start sorted, it saves having to wind the string up each time.

Bulman, the instructions for the Techno are pretty basic because there are only a few things you need to know. Instructions can be found here (http://www.powerballs.com/rear.pdf).

If you can't view PDFs, try this thread (http://www.powerballs.com/forum/showpost.php?p=6914&postcount=11).

Ah, not too far away, I'll know where to come for some lessons. :D

Well it's my second day with the powerball and beat my best score from yesterday which was 10,855 and broke into the next bracket with 11,125.

Hello all another new UK user.

Just taken delivery of my Signature Powerball. Scores below after a couple of attempts... I can certainly feel it working my forearms. I've been looking for something to strengthen them as I'm not really a fan of certain weight exercises. Hoping this will be my secret weapon to keep me ahead of a friend at the gym;)

One "sport" I haven't seen mentioned that should benefit is arm-wrestling. Oh and I have to agree they are stupidly addictive!

i know, so addictive that when you have major blisters that cover your WHOLE thumb, and yet you still bow down to its GREATNESS and carry on using it :( bad mistake, lol.

Oh trust me, use a Powerball for a couple of months then challenge your mates to an armwrestle, hehe.

Not being the biggest built of people, most of my mates think they'll beat me easily.........
