You will need to open your Powerball bam and check for the following:

- 'ruts' in the spheres
- a worn support band
- crack in the rotor itself

If you do identify any damaged part, please email enda@powerballs.com and I'll get the replacement sent out to you.

Please include a link to this thread and also detail the text from the grip-band of your Powerball to ensure that you get the correct part.

The little square thing is probably a plastic washer, PTFE I think.:)
