that happends... a long time ago the counter got wet, and it marker 17k without even try it..
if your counter wasnt wet or something, and keep showing those speeds, i would recommend you to open it and take the beteries off for 45 seconds... i think they were 45..

A lot of counters give incorrect scores. Some quite often, some hardly ever. (I've been Powerballing nearly 2 years, and I achieved my first counter error the other day...but it's a counter I've somehow broken myself...another story.)

If the counter does give incorrect scores a lot, try the battery-removal, and if that makes no difference then email liz@powerballs.com and explain the problem and you should be able to get a replacement.
