Think i broke it

Ok so i think ive screwed mine up :/ i got my powerball NeonGreen today and havent been able to put it down, i got the cord stuck inside but well i just yanked it out ( it seemed to be stuck within the black part..is that the counter weight ?) and i yanked it out but ever since i can not get the Powerball to Rotate what so ever i can start it spinning but after that it just dies and i cant go any further, how do i go about gettin this sorted ?

Never mind i fixed it now took it apart last niht and just stuck it back together again and all seems to be fine :)

Also hit the 10K mark after putting it back together again although i nnow have a blister on my lil finge :/
