hi i was wondering what a good score for a, 14 year old who doesnt do loads of sport and uses the neon blue powerball would be, because i have herd that the neon powerballs make it harder to reach high rpm's is this true and if so by how much thanks

we would appreciate it if you would use dots and capitals that increases the readibility of your post a little bit do you understand?

 ;) :D

Using the Neons you will generally record a score of 1.5-2% less than that you would record with one of the standard 250Hz balls.

We recommend a score of 8-9000rpm within the first month of use, though if you are achieving anything above this then you're doing very well indeed!

One thing to bear in mind though stormyshane is not to over-do the exercise.. if you find that your arms are ususually tired or you experience discomfort or pain in any way then give the Powerball a rest for a day orso before you attack it again!

P.S. My first scores were around 10k both left and right. And after 13 weeks of training I broke the 14k barrier.

I came in as a mediocre player and have managed to maintain my mediocrity throughout.:p
