Yeah thats pretty average-good for first day ... don't overdo it though - you will definitely feel it in the morning!

I can only echo Stephen's message - its a pretty good score, but be careful that you don't over-do it!
If you are finding that you get excessive ache in your arms or have any pain, make sure you take a break and resist the lure of Powerball for a day or two.
With normal exercise (about 30 mins max) each day for a month, you'll soon be used to the unique manner in which Powerball exercises your muscles and will have no further problems going forward.

Welcome Dracula, (can I call you Dracul, or Drac, or D...) Yes, these Powerballs are addictive little blighters. Got mine nearly two years ago and remember not being able to put it down for ages. Think I was scoring around 9500 to 10500 in the first day, and was up to 12000 after about a week and a bit.
Two years later and I still can't put them down. I'm resting at the moment, so not "using" mine, but I'll still pick one up every day. (Shrug)
So its the morning now and my wrist is totally feeling it! Its a good feeling though, like when you lift too many weights... Because i feel like i acheived something with my pain. haha.

some pain = good xD lol
I got mine last day. 10950 is the rec. I couldnt drop it... I put the counter on and got it to 2500 two times. I used it from 8pm to 4am. And now my hands and wirsts feels... Yea you got the idea...
Edit: But... As my martial art teacher says; Pain is fun!
I got mine today, yay (i got the wrong color though - I wanted the orange one as i wrote in the message box)
After a couple of minutes I got 10700rpm - after that i tried about 3 times but coulnt get over 10 500 so now im just sitting down and doing it slowly. Ill try to beat it tommorrow instead. (OK one more try before going to sleep)
third day and havnt got it over 11 000...my record is now 10 953. I tend to lean further and further to the ground the faster it spinns, is that a bad technique...some pointers to get it to spin faster?

I tend to lean further and further to the ground the faster it spinns, is that a bad technique...some pointers to get it to spin faster? Some people "push" their hand down towards the ground, sometimes infront of them, somtimes to their side, sometimes behind them. Others hold their hand out horizontally, either with a straight arm or a bent arm. Others hold their hand almost straight up above their head.
It really is all about what feels best for you.
My tip for imroving your high speeds though...endurance. Do some long sessions, where you spin the Powerball constantly for a matter of minutes. Seriously, get it going as fast as you can, and keep it going for a minute. Your arm will feel like lead towards the end. Rest for a minute and then do it again. Do this with alternate hands a few times, then rest for about 3 or 4 minutes and go for some speed...you might be surprised.
I always start my Powerball workout with at least 5 or 10 minutes of hard and constant endurance, (sometimes I do 30 minutes to an hour), and I nearly always get good speed results afterwards. When I was improving I made some massive leaps this way, but nowadays I'm very much stuck in the low 13000s.

All a very important part of Powerballing Millenwagon... you have to ensure that you take regular breaks from it too to allow your muscles to recover.

I just got my powerball today and was finding it hard to reach 9k until i found that i could get it to just under 9k turning my hand clockwise, and just as it became to much, switch to anti clockwise and power away for a few seconds and i managed to get 10.2k
