Rattling? Knocking? Mine's new...

Hey all,
I tried posting before, seems I messed up.
My PB is new out of the box, tried it for 15mins to 10200 so far.
In video's, the balls are just zooming, mine's rattling, or whatever you call it in English. FAQ states something about "knocking" sounds after a hard impact. I see about 0.5mm of play in the core you push to a start. Normal or panic? Mine came postorder...

Its probably fine, but your probably rotating your hand too fast. Try slowing down your hand to slow circles and you will feel the ball going with you, if you speed up too quickly then you are loosing your slow smooth action and just bouncing the ball from side to side inside the caseing. To solve slow the hand again and build the speed up slowly. It becomes easy once you learn to feel what the ball is doing in your hand. Good luck with it !!
