I got a new powerball and all my friends wanted to have a go. One of them dropped it and now it makes a knocking sound. I know there are ways to fix the problem but i was just wondering if the actual performance of the powerball is altered at all. I hadn't had it long enough before the knocking started to remember if it felt any different, could someone help me on this?

Hello Greg

In truth, your Powerball is made from stern stuff and should survive such falls quite easily. When they start making the knocking noise (after such a fall) this can usually be removed by spinning the little guy up at around 10,000rpm for about 2 minutes...the inner rotor axle will generally 'sandpaper' the rut back out again and the knocking noise will slowly disappear again.

If in doubt about its performance however, just send it back to us and we'll take a look, changing whatever parts are necessary to get him back to full performance once again.

Trusting that this is in order therefore and with kind regards - Rory
