Welcome to the forum! :)
When you cleaned the Powerball, did you take it apart or did you clean it using compressed air?
You will need to open the Powerball (instructions here (http://www.powerballs.com/faq.php?q=21) if you haven't already done so) and check for the following:
- 'ruts' in the spheres (top/bottom casing)
- a worn support band (white ring)
- crack in the rotor itself (yellow 'ball')
If you do notice damage to any part please email me (enda@powerballs.com) with a link to this thread and let me know what is written on the grip-band of your Powerball to ensure that you get the correct part.
Regards
Enda

During the first week, the PB didn't make strange 'noise'
I open the PB and clean it...
I'll re-open it this night :)
After check : all (sphere / band / rotor) seem ok...
Maybe some pictures would help ?
Maybe the ruban "make" the noise ? or ...
Please help me :o
