View Full Version : I suffer with RSI, will the "250Hz Classic" help?
I've tried the Imak SmartGlove, painkillers, wrist rests, gel packs, ice sprays etc and the pain is still very bad in my wrist, forearm and fingers. The RSI is caused by the stupid amount of time I spend at a PC either typing or using the mouse.
I noticed this product and thought I'd give it a go, but there's so many models I got confused. Will the basic "250Hz Classic" be suitable for helping me get over my RSI?
Thank you for any help,
-Steve
Hi - this will definitely be suitable to use. I suffer from RSI, and use powerball mostly every day to help with it. My RSI used to be real bad and I struggled to use the mouse and type without incurring a lot of pain. I started using powerball and it improved a lot. I have days where I have no pain at all. I also use a 3M mouse (looks like a joystick) which I would recommend greatly - it is fantastic in fact.
My advice - give it a go. Don't overdo it at first though. 5-10 minutes gental spinning at first and see how it feels. Increase as you feel fit. Let me know how you get on.

That's good to hear. I ordered the 250Hz classic and a stress ball, hopefully it should arrive soon.
Hmm, I think so. I would suggest you to try the 250Hz classic.
