New Powerball Noise & Vibration

Hello,
I've recently purchased a new powerball and it seems to be creating a lot more noise & vibration than what I've read online.

The vibration isn't that severe but definately noticable, is there naturally some vibration or is it supposed to be smooth?

As for the noise, kind of sounds like a jet engine... loud as well...

Any advice? Thanks.

(Also how do you take apart the ball WITHOUT the use of a vise? Don't have one on hand at the moment)

The noise is related to the vibration, which is very strange to be found in a new powerball. If it is genuinely faulty, repair or replacement may be neccessary. As for the vice, unfortunatly we find it the safest way to open it, other methods have resulted in powerball fatality's. Let us know how you progress.
