does any one know where to go to get replacement parts,, i have had this ball no more that a month and i have already started to run its time,, something inside had come apart and is now scratcing the insides of the casing out.. n e 1 help:o

If it's a genuine product then you should have some replacement parts. Remove the rubber grip, unscrew the two halves, prize out the rotor and check the situation. It wants to all be clean from bits. The rotor should have a little washer on either axle, and should be sitting within the rotor-support-band. This then sits between the two large plastic washers with an 'L' shape profile. One of these might be damaged.

lol yeah 350hz,,, i dont wan to do anthing just incase i damage it,, like my other powerballs i can gently put pressure to crack the cases open, but i am finding this one a little bit stronger.

Uhh... I wouldn't try to 'crack open' a Metal. Better screw it open. You can unscrew the top half of the Metal. Just hold the one half with the counter face-down in your hand and unscrew the other half in the usual direction, like opening a glass jar of marmelade.

Hope you haven't 'popped' it open yet...
