Plastic band

Well.. I have now a new problem.
After having used my powerballs several times now, when I try to get a high speed, at about 11k rpm, the little black band beggin to slip up and if I don't stop, the ball could fall..

What the matter? I had take out the band one time, maybe shouldn't I?

Hi - and thank you for your recent post's - we appreciate them.

Please forward your address to us via email (info@powerballs.com) and we'll be happy to send you on a new band.

Removing them in the past shouldn't make much difference - you could try giving the existing one and the surface of the ball a quick clean with some pure spirits to remove any deposits that might have accumulated on its surface over the past while - it will help to give it greater 'stickiness'.

Ok, and thank you very much for the advise. I'll clean the ball and see how it goes after that.
