After one week of using the Powerball daily (except for one day when I was gone from dawn 'til dusk on a fieldtrip with my daughter), for the first time in two years, I woke up this morning with no shoulder pain. I have had problems with shoulder pain for 10 years, but it's been a lot worse the last two or three... and it is always very sore and stiff in the mornings when I first wake up. Today, it wasn't. Now one week of powerballing isn't going to be the miracle cure for years of pain. I expect this to be a long process. My shoulder is nowhere near what it should be and in fact, it's hurting right now. But for the first time in a long time, I woke up without pain.

good for you Kelli! And a very important thing is that it is very fun to use, not like other rehabilitation devices which you just can`t get into your hands to use at least for 5 minutes a day
Absolutely Kelli,
I'm delighted to hear that you have found the Powerball to be of benefit thus far - certainly you will find that there are very real benefits from using Powerball for anyone who has suffered any injury or from arthritis, tendonitis or indeed any other injury.
The key here Kelli is to use your Powerball at low to moderate speeds, at least for the first 1-2 months until you become used to it. Over time, with gentle exercise from using the Powerball, you will notice a marked improvement in the discomfort from which you currently suffer.
Regards
Enda

Everyone knows how a Powerball can be good for rehabilitation of hand/arm injuries or problems, but I think it often doesn't get enough press, because most people are just interested in speed.
It's always nice to hear from someone when it really has made a difference to them. I've never had any real problems with my arms, but I did occasionally get slight RSI, or a bit of tennis elbow from badminton, (brought on from throwing the javelin as a youngster), but I never have any arm pains anymore, (unless I overdo it with the Powerball).
I think everyone should have one. :)
