I understand the rotor is balanced by a computerised process. This involves making small holes in the metal of the rotor at strategic points to eliminate vibration. My question is: Is this procedure performed before or after the LED board is added? The reason for asking is that I wish to remove the LED board because after trying a colleagues' non-LED version, I found the action was smoother plus it had a satisfying "whine" noise.

Hello Chris - and thank you for your query. In this case, I recommend that you mail us your address details (rory@powerballs.com) and we'll post you off a new rotor. Simply swop this with the existing one and the job is done. Regards Rory

I'm in the same boat. Want to try it without the LED board. Going to send my address!
