    Default Arm Wrestling?

    Has anyone tried to get better at arm wrestling using a powerball?

    I would think that something that works your forearms so extensively would definitely help out when it comes to arm wrestling.

    i know a user called armnerd here armwrestles and uses powerball 250hz and a metal version
