    Default support band and washers

Hi all, Can someone tell me where i can get a new support bands and washer for my powerballs?
I bought them in spanish dealer so I have no warranty.

Also, my blue light stopped lighting and I realized that, in the green board attached to the rotor, both black components have pins broken, waht kind of component is that black tube?Seem like a condenser but I have tested with polimeter and gives no level.

    Thanks

    Javier

    Good morning Javier,

Only the Powerballs we supply are covered by our Lifetime warranty.

However, we will shortly (1-2 weeks) have parts packs available for purchase which should make things a lot easier for those of you who need parts!

    Regards

    Enda

Once this happens, will the lifetime warranty still apply? As in, if something goes wrong, will you have to buy one of these part packs, or are they just as a convenience for people so they don't have to wait for parts to be posted, or their powerball to be posted?

    Yes Shoka,

Once the parts packs become available, we will still offer a lifetime warranty on all 'our' Powerballs.

A lot of people have requested the parts packs so that they can have a few spares handy in case they are quickly needed!

    Regards

    Enda
