trouble with signature picture

any idea why i cant upload animated gif's to my signature anymore? as i used to have one showing all my 250hz score and i edited it to include my new score but when i upload it, it remains frozen on the 1st image?

i tried uploading the old animation with the same result? but my old animated gif was working in my signature before i removed it to put the updated version in
