Default Will my forearm look better by powerballing?

Basically my wrists and my forearms are pretty skinny and look pretty much like a girl's forearm. I know a wrist doesn't gain muscle but what about the forearm? I've read that the powerball primarily tones but I'm not exactly sure what that means.

I don't think powerball is the best for increasing muscle mass.
Your endurance will improve and the vascularisation of the muscles in you forearm will improve and they may look more pumped.
    The muscle definition will improve.
You may see a little improvement in bulk if they are particularly girly looking, but for bulk there are probably better things to do.
Having said that my wife says she can see the difference in my shoulders and arms when I am powerballing, but one would hope that 5-7 hours a week of heavy metal endurance sessions over 7 weeks would have some effect.

I never used to do weights or heavy-weight-activities, but I always had okay forearms due to playing racket sports. The Powerball definitely increased my forearm size a little and toned the muscles, but the biggest change for me was also in the shoulders. Gone smaller now I don't Powerball much at all...really must start again. Perhaps do an experiment where I continue my normal racket sports, but do hard Powerballing a few times a week and see what size difference I see in my arms.

I don't know if it's just that my arms are pumped up after a powerball workout but I also have noticed increase in muscle size in the resting days. Atleast my forearm muscles have toned and are more firm. All in all I think you need to use the heavy metal version to get more muscles and to tone it use the lightweight metal or plastic one. Best luck in powering up/toning your muscles!

The answer is yes... I have lost 20lbs since last year (10 months) and 99.75% of the time I will lose both size and strength when dropping down.. Not this time... NSD kept my forearms as big, if not a tad bigger and my biceps stayed almost the same...

Is that arm for real? Man that's one huge arm! I believe powerball can be used for all body parts.
