Reverse rotation is just the rotational direction opposite to what you are used to.
I am an inside-out spinner (left anti-clockwise, right clockwise) and outside-in (left clockwise, right anti-clockwise) is reverse rotation for me (and I really make beginners scores with that technique).

Am I really still the only one having a stronger left hand?

My mate Alex is a left handed blacksmith, so I suppose his left is stronger.
He moved to New Zealand seven years ago and we lost touch, so don't know if he powerballs, he'd probably love the little sphere, I'll have to try and get in touch and find out.![]()

Yeah...I am a left anti-clockwise right clockwise spinner too.
If I try it the other direction I even don't score 8000rpm with both hands.
But..cool to have a second "left dominant" powerballer on this forum.

I practice with all directions, but my natural direction is outside-in (clockwise left, anti-clockwise right)...and I'm only faster with my left hand because I had surgery on my right wrist. That's why I got the Powerball in the first place.
I'll definitely continue using it when/if my wrist returns to normal because it's far superior for building forearm strength than lifting weights has ever been for me. Strong forearms are critical to a competitive tennis game. Speaking of, who's watching Wimbledon 2006?
If you're talking top speed, then no, because my best left hand score is more than my right...with the Metal too. But my right hand endurance speeds have always been more, and that's about strength, so in that respect my right is stronger.Originally Posted by The Force
Recently my right has been consistently faster too, especially in reverse, (which for me is right-hand anti-clockwise).
my left its "slower"but as aDrena1ne said. " the endurance speed" is higher with my left oneOriginally Posted by Adrena1in
