Default Wrapping the powerball in material to increase grip and prevent blisters

This is what I used for my 24hour run. It worked great for a few hours and then slowly started to fall apart

I now keep the material on my powerball for extra grip when doing speed runs.

What do you guys think? Is this even allowed?

Maybe a little excessive, but for a 24-hour run I expect it was pretty comfy. I just used Specialized cycling gloves and they were fine.

As for "allowed", there aren't really rules regarding enhancing your grip in order to hold on, so you're fine.

Good lord, you certainly went to town didn't you. You are very quick as well. Is that one of those holographic balance bracelets you are wearing? I've heard they are a steaming pile of crap. The company was forced to remove all its claims wasn't it?

Hehe, wanted to make the video fast because a four minute video would have been a bit boring. The grip worked insanely well! No blisters, just sore joints after the 24hour run.

Yes its one of those bracelets. Friend gave it to me. I must admit that in the beginning I was way skeptical and then when I tested it I actually felt a slight difference. But, I have quite a logical mind so even though it felt better I hard a hard time believing that it actually works. I think its more of a placebo effect.

I do not want to be cocky; but why whine about blisters?

edit: If i was playing football, should i complain about all the tackles? No...

Fair enough, I don't mind a blister or 2 but when doing a 24 hour run that one or two blisters will eat you alive!! I tried to make the 24hour run as smooth as possible.
