NSD powerball 250Hz pro counter problem

The counter on my new NSD powerball 250Hz pro blue is not working, what is going on is when I spin although i can turn the counter on it doesnt appear to register any score whatsoever, Since I bought it from argos is there any way that i could get a replacement counter from here or do i have to take it back to the retailer? I've got the box and everything that came with it.

Ahhh, so I just looked at the FAQ and it said take the 6 screws off and I did this, took the board off and waited 30 seconds then put the counter back together and it still registered 0 so I did it again, now nothing comes up. HELP!

I have just received an email saying that a neon counter has been dispatched, is this the same as the 250Hz pro's counter?
And also with regards to sending the faulty counter, what address do I send it to? Thanks
