13000 rpm vs 15000 rpm

Hi

On NSD's site it says the PB 188 unit is capable of 13000 rpm. Here on this site the 250hz is rated at 15000 (even though 16218 has been achieved by superman). Just curious, isn't the PB 188 the same unit as a 250hz model? Does Powerball modify a PB 188 in anyway to enhance its performance?

Not trying to be difficult I just wanted to know if there's a difference between the models.

Maybe they adapt the maxspeed specification to the local people. Taiwanese may not be able to reach those high speeds

, hence 13000 max. Europeans are much stronger of course :P

Or maybe they talk to the powerballs which ship to Europe, and they tell them: Europeens are hard to please, so wouldn't you spin a little bit faster for them?
Some of them accept and the others are just thrown away in the ocean as a punishement....It's a hard world for those little spheres...
