This is fourth time in 15 years that i have hurt my back like this. Some times it takes four weeks to heal and sometimes one week. I got very good strech guide from my physiothrapist and it feels better already. But i got flu top of it so i'm not gonna spin for a one week

I did first session today after four week brake. 30min plastic session ended up to 277000, that's 9233avg speed and my second best ever!
It was better i expected and i only got one blister . Next time it's gonna be metal with my new carbon fiber rotor cover, now i dont have to mind my fingers go into it. I think i can now do changes more quickly too.

It did't work out though, rotor is slightly touching CF cover. Monday i'm doing second version with bigger tolerances

Hey, i did some metal session today. I wanted to do 30min emdurance, but my little finger did't last so long . After 20min i stopped and moved to plastic speedruns. I'm glad that i did, because my best run was 13733 and with raptor i manage to hit 16888 .
