Yep, it does slow down very quickly, and it takes about 5sec to speed up again.
Nice score you had there, eaven using ED-tech!
You're right, it's hard to change hands with gripper, but with care it does succeed.
Today, i'm gonna make relaxed plastic session after riding few hours biketrials. Let's see if i manage to keep my speed low enough :P

I did yesterday 30min endurance with plastic with 75% effort and i got 2700 on counter.
After that i did few speedruns with tired arms (i rode 2h biketrials) and best was 13510. Hearing that high sound again for a long time was very nice, i think i'm gonna do whole speedrun session some day soon. Before i managed to keep top speed about 1,5sec, now it's more like 3-4sec
I also did one 90s endurance ending 15600, at the end i slowed down because it feeled "slow", but now i can easy reach 16k (thanks to 30min sessions) and maby 17k with perfect run.
Thursday is my next set, until then...

I did yesterday 30min metal endurance again (after 2h biketrials riding, best and worst moments here -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztpAaVXStdg)
I had very tired hands and i nearly quit after 5min, but i continued and did my record!
    Here's what happened:

    (min, odomerer)

    05 360
    10 742
    15 1123
    20 1499
    25 1869
    30 2247

Whole sessions average speed was 7490rpm.

Yesterday i did try speedruns, but i did't get over 13k scores! That's funny, because last time straight after 30min metal endurance i got 13,5k. Maby i'm tired, had a bad day or something i don't know. After trying speedruns for 45min i changed to long endurances, first plastic which was crap, only 485 first 5min. I quit and rested i while and then decided to try 5min metal. This was a good call, because i managed to make a record 39400, that's 7880 average speed!
Now i'm gonna rest one week.

Properly just a "lumbago" , i think thats the name of it. Anyway, i have had those before, and it faints away before you know it : ) Just try to move your back, even if it hurts, so the muscles do not decrease!
