    I found that it helps, but if you're really into speedruns it's better to do short endurances like 30s-90s with plastic.
    Wow, 80000 in five minutes would be impossible to achieve eaven with raptor

    12k would be nice yet this year, but i'm not gonna rush it. I have to say that after 1,5 year of powerballing my hands were never this sore after sessions. After yesterdays set i have now 5 blisters on right and one mega blister center on my left palm. Seems like i'm training pretty hard...
    Btw, stickum is working eaven better now and when i change hands on endurances it feels like my skin is peeling off.

    Man, I take my hat off for you for doing metal session for up to 60min!
    I dono how your hands handle it? I have always been carefull to over-do it since recovery takes too long till next session.

    I got my new autostart today It feels good and smooth, next monday i'm going to try some speedruns with it.
