    Nice scores Hentie!
You must try 30min some day, i think you can reach 300000 with plastic (that's my long time aim).

I did plastic 30min set yesterday and managed to make new records on 10, 20 and 30 minutes.
First 5min i toke quite easy (48500), but 10min marker i already made new record (95900). After 15min spinning started to feel easy again as allways and i managed to made new record on 20 minutes also (192000). Last 10min went quickly and before i know 30min was past with new record 287000.

I have now done one month work with metal to improve my plastic scores and it worked. 30min score jumped from 281500 to 287000.
My plastic needs also some repair, i think i have to put new shells and innards.

I just realized that i havent done any speedrun sessions in two months, this endurancing is so addictive.

    Thanks Mika!
I will surely do more of these endurances, it feels great!

And wel done with your great improvements!

The metal is for sure a booster for long term improvements!
I can see you like these endurances...

But then again endurances are the main training for performance enhancement and muscle growth!

You should do speed runs on a new rotor and you'll get a new speed record forsure!

I would like to see what your new speed record will be!

As you may remember from my "powerball case" -post i have seperate balls for speedruns and endurances + i have three brand new ones waiting for action. Maby when i rech my endurance target(s) i have more intrest to speedruns again. At least i give it a try

I have to ask that you are doing these endurances with grip -technique (changes too), right?

Yes, I remember your grand case, very grand!

Can you maybe just explain to me about the grip -technique?

I see the guys talk about 'grip -technique' and I'm not sure what is the difference!

Ok, grip technique is that you keep ball tight in your hand so you can feel the gyro power. ED-tech is when you let the rotor spin free losely in your hands, this keeps rotor spinning faster while changing hands and you can take short rest for example. Common opinion seems to be that ED-tech is "filthy" and not so acceptable than gipper.
If you do ed-tech wrong it totally ruins your ball shells.

I only use ED-tech with metal when i check counter on every five minutes.

Ok, now the terminology makes better sense to me, thank you!!

I have been using both but mostly ED... (To be honest!)

It makes it a different ball game... will have to re-asses myself seriously!!!

    Thanks alot Buddy!

Yep, when you do long endurances you can have much help from ED-tech, with grip it's a whole different game

Can i ask how long do you spin with one hand in those 5 and 10 minute sessions? I use 30sec on one hand and then i change another (with grip!).

With my plastic I actually use grip but not with the metal.

I change hands usually every 15-20 sec.

I will deffinatly get more into the 5, 10, 20, 30 min endurances and then make better destinguashing between ED and Grip.

I will put my scores up as I perform!

Happy to hear that i'm not only one who is into this crazy training method these days.
    Good luck for your attempt!

I done a 30 min endurance session with my metal yesterday just to see how I would do and got 254300 rpm's.

I must say that the 'grip tech' during a metal endurance run just aren't practical to me!

I loose complete rithm and control of the ball which will end up ruening my ball and the chances for the rotor grabbing my fingers is so high...plus it looses so much speed after every switch over that takes time to get it up to speed again!!!

I prefer using the so called 'ED-tech' which allows me to do such a qwick switch over that is best for my ball and hands!(I can do such a qwick switch over this way which I cannot consider as "filthy" when it's done right!)

I don't think I will attempt another 30 min endurance with the metal again though but it was fun!

Must add that my hands were "on fire" towards the end of the session which left a blister on my left-hand's small finger...
