Yesterday i did my first one hour endurance, here's some numbers:
(Time, odometer, last 5min average speed)
05min 0501, 10020rpm
10min 0950, 89800rpm
15min 1416, 93200rpm
20min 1888, 94400rpm
25min 2348, 92000rpm
30min 2815, 93400rpm
35min 3256, 88200rpm
40min 3711, 91000rpm
45min 4162, 90200rpm
50min 4621, 91800rpm
55min 5077, 91200rpm
60min 5533, 91200rpm
5, 20 and 30min was new records and i finally got that 501 on five minutes!
I toke first minute quite easy (93) and i has planned to accelerate slowly after that, but i found my self taking it too hard again after 2 minutes. After three minutes my hands were almost dead, but i continued pushing.Quick look at the counter on four minutes (398) tells that i could reach 500. Last minute was hell, hands burning and losing my grip. When there was only 3sec left i used ed-tech to look counter exactly under 5min. And there it was, my first time over 500!
My hands died little bit after that and so 10min was so bad. But after 15min spinning was easy again, until i take a little acceleration for 30min. Next 5min was hard, but after that it was easy again.
Next goal is 10min/1000
Update:
Forgot to say that i was keeping my heart monitor on while spinning.
Average bpm was 131 and max 159. Nobody can't say that this is not sport!

Very Good Mika!!!
I did some endurance session yesterday again, but this time with metal!
Must say that, i had hard day at work, but i still decided to do some decent session.
And here are some numbers:
(Time, odometer, last 5min average speed)
05min 0343, 6860
10min 0707, 7280
15min 1067, 7200
20min 1426, 7180
25min 1777, 7020
30min 2136, 7180
Eaven i had done several endurances with plastic, i got now blisters in my hand (i'm using gloves also)!
I think that if i do few sessions with metal again, i'm gonna crush my plastic records.![]()
Wel done, Mika!
Man, hard training is the thing that does it...
I also use gloves when I train with the metal. I find the metal also trains my upper arms and shoulders...for strength!![]()
I just did another 30min endurance with metal on my lunch brake. Did't have time to warm up, but i still manage to make new records.
(Time, odometer, last 5min average speed)
05min 0366, 7320,
10min 0730, 7280,
15min 1088, 7160,
20min 1452, 7280
25min 1804, 7040
30min 2156, 7040
First 5min went pertty good, but i think it was a bit too hard beginning.
So, +20 from last time, not much but it's right direction.![]()

Monday i did some relaxed session with metal, just to get my hands used to this monster again. Once a week is just not enough, getting too much blisters. So, 30min endurance ended to 1900 on counter, after that i try 5min on plastic ending 498. I did't give full effort so i'm happy with it. I also tried raptor and got some nice 16400 on speedrun. My metal endurances has done good for plastic endurances and raptor speedruns.

Tomorrow i'm gonna do hard metal 30 min endurance and next week same with plastic and hopefully getting some new records.

I did a 5 min endurance session yesterday with both plastic and metal and a 10 min endurance with the metal later.
My plastic is actually vibrating and not that fast!
These are my scores:
Plastic 5min - 52500
Metal 5min - 48600
Metal 10min - 86700
I think this training will improve one's scores drastically... I like it!![]()
