I'm getting back into business after my injury before Christmas. I hurt my neck and right hand was numb and weak for many weeks. Today's 13950rpm was near my record. And two 90sec speedruns was just below 15k (not hitting hard as i can).
Soon i will break that damn 14k barrier!

I did 5min run for last (my first), i wanted to reach 50000 but i did't, 47000 was my result.

Nice scores there, 13995 is just painfully close to 14k, but you'll get there soon and I've little doubt you can make it to 14.5k. I'd also then expect your Metal scores to shoot well over 12k.

just had a look, nice steady progress but I would try to work on your 30s a bit more as 6k+ should be well within your abilities.

good luck and once you get over the 14k mark you will probably change your target to more of a 14k8+ score

I have't really done any 30s strenght long time now, so two hand 30s shoud be easy to reach 6k.

My metal scores are now like 11k but not over that. I need more metal sessions i know.

Today i got light metal in my hands

. I buy it because i think i need more speed in my hand. I got the grip and power to spin 250Hz over 14k, but speed is what i need.
Just quickly tested that golden sphere and i get 15270rpm without any warming at all. It feels just what i have imagine and i know i can increase my speed with this one.
Tomorrow is my regular day to spin, so lets see what i can get with that raptor.
