    Exclamation Broken Clavicle

    Hi!
I'm 38 yo and I broke my clavicle 4 weeks ago, without displacement. Since 1 week ago, I feel it consolidated, but I have my Xray exam in 2 weeks. Can I start the isometrics exercises with my PowerBall?
    (I'm Physical therapist)

(I wonder if my powerball would be beneficial to anticipate a pseudodegenerative osteoarthritis)

You can start, but it will better to use large rubber bands called "Therabands" for few days and later you can move on isometrics exercises.

I have been wondering, if we break our clavicle is there a way to make it heal back longer? I guess that's bad since it would make the other one short by comparison, but what if we broke both clavicles and they both healed back longer?

I have narrow shoulders so that's why =(
